He references this at one point:
Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed: neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woollen come upon thee. (Leviticus 19:19)This is saying it's wrong to make clothing out of mixed fibbers, just as it is wrong to keep animals of different species together on a farm. And yet you don't get Christians crying from the rooftops about clothes with mixed fibbers.
The Bible is a boring and difficult read, that is so open to interpretation, it is an unreliable source for information, for both referencing and the basis of a belief system.
