CSS Editor

A few people have mentioned CSS recently (you know who you are) and I just came across EditCSS, which is a Plugin for Mozilla that will open up a CSS file in the sidebar and when you open up a page it relates to the CSS in the browser window (I haven't tried this myself), while you edit the CSS code in the sidebar the page you are viewing will update to display the changes. So none of that save CSS file and refresh browser rubbish, I assume.
